Terms of use

1. For entertainment only

Bingo Card Maker Free is for entertainment, education, and social events. You may not use the site, or cards or links made with it, for gambling, wagering, betting, lotteries, paid entry games, or games with cash prizes. The site has no features for collecting money or paying out prizes.

Laws about bingo, raffles, and prizes vary by location. If you run a game for others, you are responsible for following the rules that apply where you live.

2. Using the site

You may use the site for free, for personal, classroom, community, and business events. You may print and share the cards and caller sheets you make.

You agree not to:

• Create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that shares someone's private information without permission.
• Use short links or games to store or share anything other than bingo sets.
• Use offensive or misleading names when joining a game.
• Overload, scrape, or interfere with the site, or try to get around its limits.

3. Your content

Hosts decide who can join their games and are responsible for how they run them, including any prizes. You own the words and titles you add. You're responsible for them, including having permission to use any names or text. When you create a short link, you allow us to store and serve that set so the link works. We may delete short links that break these terms.

Don't use song lyrics, book passages, or other copyrighted text you don't have permission to use. Titles alone are generally fine.

4. Our content

The site's design, code, built-in word lists, and guides belong to Bingo Card Maker Free, except for third-party components used under their own licenses. You may quote short passages from our guides with a link back.

5. Reporting a problem

If a shared link, game, or player name contains something offensive, illegal, or someone's private information, email bingo@bingocardmakerfree.com with the link or game code. Players can also use Report a problem with this game on the join page. We may remove short links, close games, or block content that breaks these terms, without notice.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that cards will print exactly as previewed on every printer. Please check your cards before your event. Saved links can expire or be deleted, so download anything you need to keep.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bingo Card Maker Free is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from how you use the site or the games you run with it.

8. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact
